The Board of Trustees, as majority shareholder of the company, is responsible for the appointment of an independent Board of Directors and monitoring the Directors’ performance. The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance and oversight of CSST Ltd. The Board is comprised of five Directors, including a Chairperson.
